The Canadian Nursery Landscape Association voices the needs and concerns of the landscaping industry to the federal government and is the Canadian hub for other provincial, national and international associations.

The Urban Development Institute's activities focus on promoting wise, efficient and productive urban growth.

Canadian Certified Horticulture Technician Program is a North American-wide professional accreditation that certifies a candidate against minimum job standards in various sectors of the ornamental horticultural industry. Provides professional recognition and wide skill set needed to those individuals in the ornamental horticultural industries who have demonstrated a high level of competence in the profession.

PLANET, the Professional Landcare Network, is an international association serving lawn care professionals, exterior maintenance contractors, installation/design/build professionals, and interior scapers. PLANET provides its members with a good business foundation to help them evaluate, plan, and better manage their companies. Member firms have direct access to marketing tools, industry specific business publications, updates on legislative issues, and networking opportunities that can assist them in becoming more profitable.
